Quanzhou Teikuko Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 and specializes in manufacturing various kinds of cylinder liner & piston products. There are more than 30 brands in our company, covering more than 160 kinds of engine models.
Our products are widely used in all kinds of automobile engines, such as MITSUBISHI, ISUZU, NISSAN, HINO, BMW, BENZ, CUMMINS, MAZDA, TOYOTA and engines for shipping, big generator group and engineering machinery. We have strong R&D, QC and Test Department, which consist of high-quality managers and engineers with strong innovative ability. And we have been approved by ISO9001:2000 system.
Now we have workshops covering an area of 60,000 square meters. We have advanced centrifugal foundry production lines imported from Italy and CNC numerical control production lines firstly from Germany in the craft brother. Moreover, we use Japanese production crafts. All of our whole production processes from selection of materials, smelting, machining, testing to final delivery are strictly controlled according to ISO9001 standard.
The useful life of our products has exceeded 300,000 kilometers. Now the annual output of cylinder liners reaches to as many as 250,000 pieces. More than 95% of our products are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.
